The styles I am most experienced with/interested in are Industrial, Modern, Brutalist and Wabi-sabi.

I will not work on builds that requires the use of all floors, and would discourage customers to commission me for a build that uses up to two floors of a house! My build style is lego and when it's spread out into a huge space - even on only one single floor - it may look empty.

If I feel like I'm not able to deliver a commission in the quality that I'd like - due to reasons like not being familiar with the style - I might decline the commission request.

After a build is complete, there is a five-day window where you can request minor changes to the build. A big change is accompanied by an extra charge, and I reserve the right to decline a big change that'd require a re-structuring of a large part. ~~But I don't usually say no immediately to any change requirements, and would most likely give options to make the build match the image you'd like~~

I'd appreciate it if you could give me privacy during most of the build process! I will ask you to come overlook the build during every stage to ensure the build is heading in the direction you want.

Builds are usually completed within one week. I'd like to politely decline any commissions with an urgent deadline, because my work would most likely not even meet my own standards when it's rushed.

Clients are responsible for paying for furnitures needed for the build and the items that can only be traded with special vendors (i.e. doman enclave items). I always look for the cheapest options on the data center I'm working on!
